Terms and Conditions of Service – Day Clean

At Day Clean, we want you to feel safe and confident from the very first contact. For that reason, we clearly share how we work:

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a service at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service value.

Payments

We accept payments via Zelle or electronic transfer to the email: dayclean.indy@gmail.com

You may also pay in cash (only with prior agreement).

Payments must be made on the same day the service is provided.

Recurring Services

If you schedule weekly or monthly cleaning, we will sign an agreement specifying dates, pricing, and clear conditions.

Monthly agreements may be terminated with 15 days’ written notice.

We are insured

Day Clean has an active commercial insurance policy. Your space and our team are protected.
